- Avocado oil is softening and restorative to the skin. Excellent for dry, sun-damaged, & mature skin. Improves elasticity and is rich in proteins, lecithin, beta-carotene, and more than twenty percent essential unsaturated fatty acids.
Description
Extraction Method: Cold pressed. After extraction, it is bleached, and deodorized.
Shelf Life: 9 months - 1 year
Storage: Always keep tightly sealed in a cool, dark place. (Refrigeration is recommended where possible). Heat, oxygen, and light degrade the product. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Suggested Use
Can be used at 100% dilution.
Use at a maximum of 30% dilution for the face-can use at full strength on the body, although as it is quite viscous you may want to blend with a lighter more fluid oil at an 85-90% dilution, such as sweet almond, grapeseed, or calendula.
Goes Well With: Blends and/or single note essential oils, CO2 extracts, and absolutes.
