We make these savoury little biscuits using organic wholewheat atta and a ton of grated cheese. Rolled in black sesame, these are then baked low & slow making them addictively salty, buttery, crumbly, crispy & nutty, in equal measure. Although they pair nicely with coffee, these are even better with a cup of hot chai.
